Booking a transport service with us means that your driver will personally greet you, welcome you to their city, and/or provide transfers throughout your stay. The day before your scheduled transfer, you will receive an email with your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle license plate. You have the right to cancel a transfer already booked with us at any time by contacting the company via the phone number provided in your confirmation email or on our website, or by sending an email to info@nerotaxi.com. If a cancellation request is received up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a 100% refund. If a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, it will be considered a last-minute, non-refundable cancellation, resulting in a 100% cancellation fee and no refund to the traveler. The Company offers the following complimentary waiting times, depending on the type of transfer booked: Airport: 60 minutes Port, train station, bus station: 30 minutes Other in-city pickups: 20 minutes Complimentary waiting time begins from the scheduled pick-up time.
