Booking a transport service with us means that your driver will personally greet you, welcome you to their city, and/or provide transfers throughout your stay.
Once your driver has been assigned, you will be notified by email and/or message with your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle license plate.
You have the right to cancel a transfer already booked with us at any time by contacting the Company via the phone number provided in your confirmation email, through our website, or by sending an email to info@nerotaxi.com.
If a cancellation request is received up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a 100% refund. If a cancellation request is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, it will be considered a last-minute, non-refundable cancellation, resulting in a 100% cancellation fee and no refund to the traveler.
The Company offers the following complimentary waiting times, depending on the type of transfer booked:
Airport: 60 minutes from the scheduled flight landing time
Port, train station, or bus station: 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time
Other in-city pick-ups: 20 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time
For Airport Meet & Greet services, your driver will be waiting inside the airport holding a sign with your name on it.
